Oracle ERP Practice Manager
Location: San Jose, CA

Responsible for leading the Oracle ERP Consulting Practice. Duties will include deployment of Oracle Applications, assisting with the development and implementation, responsible for Knowledge Management, mentoring consultants in the practice and support Sales & Marketing initiatives.

Over 8 years of IT consulting experience with at least 5 years of implementation experience of Oracle ERP. Should have in depth knowledge of Oracle Apps functionality and technology with expertise in Financials, Distribution and Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. Exposure to other ERP systems like SAP and Peoplesoft would be a plus. Excellent client facing and people skills necessary. Will be responsible for responding to RFP's and making technical presentation. Project Management skills essential with proven track record of leadership with the ability to support a changing environment. Travel is required.

Sales and Business Development
Location: San Jose, CA

Responsible for developing revenue growth from winning new contracts, utilizing existing company skill sets and competencies, and tactically teaming, as necessary. Plan, direct, lead and execute the strategic business development function for the company, selling end-to-end consulting services to clients. Provide marketing and business development leadership and support corporate business development programs. Lead, manage, and develop a team of business development professionals to identify, qualify, pursue, and win new IT business. Enhance and maintain key external business alliances. Identify and communicate key employee resource requirements to management.

Minimum of 10 years sales experience in IT consulting services organizations preferably Oracle ERP. Strong sales skills and a demonstrated track record of new account penetration. Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Experience and ability to make calls at the C-level. Experience developing business proposals in co-ordination with Technical team. Integrity and outstanding judgment in all business matters. Must have rolodex of existing clients. Traveling as required.

Sales and Business Development, Federal Practice
Location: Vienna, VA

Responsible for the identification, qualification, pursuit, and winning of Federal IT business, with the goal of significantly expanding corporate revenues and profitability over the coming years. Responsible for developing revenue growth from winning new contracts, utilizing existing company skill sets and competencies, and tactically teaming, as necessary. Facilitate expansion of opportunities with existing Civilian agencies. Conduct competitive analysis on emerging opportunities, developing teaming relationships where appropriate, develop winning strategies, ability to develop business proposals and costing by working with capture and proposal teams to develop winning proposals.

Minimum of 5-10 years Federal Sales experience preferred. Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Experience and ability to make calls at the C-level. Must have rolodex of existing federal clients.


Senior Systems Analyst (Oracle)
US Nationwide
Senior Systems Analyst (Oracle) to lead team to analyze, design and customize business and ERP applications using Oracle Applications (AR, GL, AP, OE/OM, FA), Oracle, SQL, etc; provide technical guidance to analyze, design and develop data conversion and systems integration; analyze, review systems specification documents; train team and users.

Require: B.S. or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or any branch of Engineering or Math or related with 5 years relevant progressive experience in IT. In lieu of BachelorÕs, 3 yrs of academic studies towards a Bachelors plus 1 yr exp in job offered or similar will be accepted. Salary $105,500 per year. M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm, 40 hours per week.
