Soundaran Natarajan, CEO
Soundaran as Chief Executive Officer provides the overall direction and leadership toward the achievement of Quest America's mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives. With over 20 years experience in the IT services industry he has guided Quest America since it’s founding in 1995. He also oversees the Federal Practice. Soundaran has a master's degree in Computer Science and Physics.

Ganesan has over 20 years experience in the software industry including system and application software development. He has served as President of Quest America since 1995 and is responsible for Finance. Ganesan has a master's degree in Physics.

Melo has over 15 years experience in the IT services industry. In 1995, he cofounded Quest America and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. In addition to working with the CEO to develop and implement the long term strategy of Quest America he advises the CEO on strategic business development, key corporate planning issues and makes recommendations on major business decisions. Additionally, he is responsible for Client Acquisition, Client Management and Delivery functions for the Commercial practice. Melo received his MBA from the Wharton School, and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
